BigHand is seeking a Lead Platform Operations Engineer to drive evolution of cloud-native SaaS platforms on Azure. You will combine hands-on engineering with leadership to ensure secure, scalable, and high-performing systems.

You will guide a team, transition on-prem to Azure, and implement modern DevOps and SRE practices. You will own platform reliability, security, and performance, define standards, and partner with cross-functional teams to balance speed, cost, risk, and compliance.
