Cloud Service Transition Lead for AWS ProServe

Amazon Web Services (AWS) in the UK/EMEA region is seeking a Service Transition Lead to ensure controlled handover of services from project delivery into Run & Operate. You will bridge delivery and operations, ensure documentation, testing, and acceptance before live service, and drive transition boards and ELS activities.

The role requires strong ITIL knowledge, AWS experience, and experience with public sector programmes. UK security clearance eligibility is essential.
