Overview

In this role, you will lead enterprise AI adoption through Copilot-enabled solutions and Azure cloud architectures. You’ll guide customers to maximize Microsoft investments, drive adoption, and deliver measurable business outcomes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect, implement, and optimize AI Business Solutions at scale. This is a hands-on advisory role with a strong emphasis on technical delivery and change management.

Responsibilities
  • Champion customer success and act as trusted advisor for AI adoption and value realization
  • Capture customer and partner insights to influence ACM strategies and Copilot deployments
  • Represent the Voice of the Customer to Copilot engineering and product teams to remove blockers and influence roadmap
  • Identify growth opportunities by applying Copilot capabilities and competitive landscape knowledge
  • Collaborate with CSAMs and account teams to deliver AI usage through well-structured engagements and secure deployments
  • Lead architecture design, resiliency reviews, and technical optimization for production-ready Copilot solutions
  • Provide thought leadership in Copilot solution design and ACM planning across customers
  • Develop and maintain a learning plan for AI Business Solutions technologies and ACM methodologies
  • Mentor peers on AI Business Solutions and ACM, fostering continuous learning and innovation
  • Share strategic insights and technical guidance across internal communities and virtual teams
Key requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in related field with proven cloud/infrastructure experience
  • Strong and proven experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, or architecture
  • Ability to convey business value of solutions and persuade stakeholders based on data
  • Ability to build trusted advisor relationships with both technical and business decision makers
  • Understanding of partner ecosystems and leveraging partner solutions to solve customer needs
  • Breadth of experience in foundational AI and architecture design with expertise in Microsoft AI Business Solutions (Copilot for M365, Copilot Chat, Studio, Copilot Agents) and ACM perspective
