Cloud Systems Engineer – Azure- FinTech

In this role you will support a fintech client by managing and evolving corporate IT and cloud infrastructure. You’ll work within a fast-moving Infra team, shaping secure, scalable solutions across Microsoft 365, endpoint security, and cloud platforms. You’ll troubleshoot incidents, coordinate with stakeholders, and mentor junior colleagues in a calm, open culture. This is a hands-on, technically focused position with opportunities to drive impactful IT initiatives in a disrupt-driven fintech environment.

• Microsoft 365 configuration and administration
• Zero Trust Endpoint architecture
• Technical project resource
• Phone system, video conferencing and messaging systems
• Troubleshoot issues and manage incident escalations (occasional out-of-hours)
• Interface with all levels of the business to drive internal customer satisfaction
• Support to junior team members in day-to-day tasks

• Proven experience in corporate IT infrastructure and modern cloud technology
• In-depth M365 administration (Security, Compliance, Endpoint Manager, AutoPilot)

• Windows 365 Virtual Desktop
• Zero Trust endpoint protection: Zscaler ZIA, FireEye/Trelix

• IIS and certificate management
