CMDB Platform Engineer & Analytics Lead

Whitehall Resources is seeking an experienced CMDB Application Developer & Reporting Specialist to design, develop, and maintain a centralized CMDB solution for ITSM processes. The role involves building a CMDB platform, data collection mechanisms, and executive/operational dashboards.

You will work across data governance, KPI reporting, and service mapping while integrating multiple data sources and ensuring data accuracy. A Google Workspace/Power Platform mix may be used.
