Overview

In this role you will design and maintain financial software, primarily in C#/.NET, for a greenfield platform that combines robo-advisory with portfolio management. You’ll collaborate with a cross-border team and help shape a fintech product used by insurers and banks. You’ll improve build and deployment pipelines, document components, and proactively gather requirements to deliver robust solutions. This position offers high responsibility and direct exposure to senior leadership in a niche sector.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain financial applications in C#/.NET
  • Analyze, test and ensure quality before deployment
  • Collaborate with team members across locations
  • Work autonomously and gather requirements as needed
  • Improve CI/CD pipelines and release processes
  • Create technical documentation for components and processes
  • Manage integration of participants onto the platform
Key requirements
  • 5+ years of software design and development experience
  • Advanced knowledge of C# and .NET with 3+ years on the platform
  • Experience with MS SQL Server
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge of design patterns and advanced programming techniques
  • Solid understanding of CS fundamentals (multithreading, algorithms, data structures)
  • Experience with dependency injection, unit testing, and object mocking
  • Solid Software Lifecycle experience
  • Collaborative mindset across remote locations
