Overview

As Co-Founder & CTO, you will own and shape the technology function from day one, building a secure, scalable platform for AI-driven insights in a niche luxury/wealth market. You’ll define architecture, recruit and lead a founding engineering team, and drive the product from prototype to enterprise-ready solution. This is a founder-led opportunity to transform how high-value data is leveraged through LLMs, RAG, and AI agents. You’ll collaborate closely with the founding team to align tech decisions with business goals and equity incentives.

Responsibilities
  • Define and own the platform architecture and technical direction from day one
  • Build and lead a founding engineering team, recruiting top talent
  • Strengthen security, reliability, and enterprise-grade scalability of the platform
  • Prepare the product for enterprise customers and real-world deployment
  • Expand platform capabilities and deepen proprietary data advantages
  • Make critical technical decisions and drive execution with founder-level influence
  • Oversee data infrastructure, retrieval systems, and cloud architecture
  • Balance speed with rigorous evaluation of AI models and pipelines
Key requirements
  • Proven track record building and deploying sophisticated AI systems in production (LLMs, RAG pipelines, AI agents)
  • Strong hands-on engineering capability with ability to write/review code while guiding technical direction
  • Deep knowledge of data infrastructure, retrieval systems, and cloud infrastructure
  • Experience creating secure, scalable, enterprise-grade platforms
  • Ability to recruit, motivate and lead a founding engineering team
