Co-Founder, UK Growth & Equity Stake

Sweav is seeking a UK-based co-founder to build Sweav’s presence in the United Kingdom. The role focuses on opening doors, growing a local network of private equity, corporates and top consultants, and delivering the first UK projects with support from a Dutch team.

Ideal candidates have a strong background in executive search, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a passion for building a high-impact professional services network. Equity upside is offered if the pilot succeeds.
