COINS ERP Change Lead for Construction Transformation

Experis UK is seeking an experienced Change Manager to lead the business change workstream for a major COINS ERP implementation. You will drive change strategy, stakeholder engagement, communications, training and business readiness to ensure successful adoption across the organisation.

You will develop the change plan, manage readiness activities, track adoption, govern risks and support cutover, go-live and transition to BAU in a large transformation within the construction sector.
