Colleague Tech Security Lead - Identity & AI

eFinancialCareers is creating a new Colleague Technology Security team within our CISO organisation. This role will lead a small team (initially 4 people) and will broadly cover securing access to AI, software/SaaS controls, and identity solutions.

You'll collaborate with the CTS and Security teams, guide your team to achieve their goals, and help members progress in their careers in a fast-paced DevOps environment.
