Our client is a growing and collaborative organization seeking a 2 month temporary Collections Clerk. This role is 5 days in office in Mississauga

Description

• Contact customers by phone and email regarding overdue invoices and outstanding account balances.
• Follow up on customer payment commitments and maintain regular communication to support timely collections.
• Investigate and resolve customer payment disputes and billing inquiries in collaboration with internal departments.
• Prepare and distribute monthly Accounts Receivable aging reports, including outstanding balances by invoice.
• Monitor collection activity and analyze aging reports to identify key changes in outstanding balances and collection performance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Collections experience B2B collections
• Intermediate Excel Skills
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams
