Collections Lead - Provider Escalation

Managing complex provider escalation accounts, the full-time salaried Collections Lead - Provider Escalation will drive resolution efforts through the claims and appeals process while collaborating with healthcare provider representatives to ensure timely account resolution in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Monitors and analyzes collection activities, adjusting strategies to meet department goals Resolves escalated collection cases by negotiating payment arrangements and collaborating with internal departments Develops and implements process improvements to enhance collection efficiency and reduce outstanding receivables Required qualifications H.S. Diploma or GED required; Associate Degree or higher preferred 5-7 years of collections experience in a medical facility, ambulatory surgery facility, or acute-care hospital required
