Collections Strategy Specialist

Location: Thorpe Park , Leeds, Hybrid working.

You'll use data and insight to understand performance, identify opportunities and continuously improve our approach through well-designed trials and champion-challenger activity. Your strategic thinking will be key, using your experience of collections and customer strategies to challenge existing approaches, spot opportunities and turn insight into action.

What we are looking for:

• Experience using data and insight to shape strategic decisions, identify opportunities and design effective trials or champion-challenger approaches
• Proven experience of influencing change and working effectively with senior stakeholders
• Experience with analytical tools such as SAS or SQL would be beneficial, but deep technical expertise isn't essential ; experience of Lean and Agile principles would also be advantageous
