Commerce Functional Lead

As a Commerce Functional Lead, you guide commerce application design, implementation, and improvement across client initiatives. You translate business intent for technical teams while shaping requirements, workflows, governance, and solution decisions. Your work spans eCommerce platforms, Agile delivery, analytics oversight, and third-party integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze commerce activities and guide application design and implementation
• Translate business requirements for technical resources and project teams
• Recommend commerce best practices and governance procedures
• Oversee analytics setup, configuration, and integration frameworks
• Mentor teams and strengthen client stakeholder relationships

Requirements:

• Five or more years of full lifecycle implementation experience
• Three or more years coordinating Commerce implementation projects
• Three or more years deploying Commerce applications
• Experience with eCommerce processes, requirements, design, and implementation
• Understanding of Composable and Headless Commerce approaches
