Commercial Banking Credit Analyst

Support commercial credit decisions at CIBC through financial analysis and client service within a relationship-oriented banking team. Work arrangements are discussed during interviews.

As a Credit Analyst on Commercial Banking, you support Managers and their portfolios. You provide credit expertise, administer client credit needs, and help execute transactions. The work includes communication with Relationship Managers, Associates, CIBC partners, staff, and external contacts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Service client credit needs with Commercial Banking Managers
• Coordinate client transactional requirements and requests
• Prepare credit files and maintain audit standards
• Coordinate paperwork with internal and external service providers
• Address AML and GRLR compliance requirements

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of banking products and services
• Prior Financial Services industry work experience
• Commercial Banking experience considered an asset
• Effective communication with clients, teams, and partners
• Critical thinking for investigation and decision making
