Commercial Credit Manager Windsor

As Manager, Financing Solutions, you will support National Bank’s Commercial & Private Banking 1859 team. You will analyze financial statements, structure applications, and develop financing scenarios aligned with client needs and risk criteria. Collaboration with account managers, Credit Risk Management, and other partners is central to the position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform credit analyses and make well-reasoned recommendations
• Structure applications while mitigating risks
• Determine financing needs with Commercial Account Managers
• Negotiate terms with Credit Risk Management
• Update files and present applications for approval

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree and six years of relevant experience
• Master’s degree and four years of relevant experience
• Commercial credit experience
• Financial statement analysis experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
