Commercial Insights Analytics Lead

Lead commercial insights and analytics for Alexion in Mississauga, combining patient data, market research, and visualization while working three days weekly in-office.

This Insight and Analytics Lead partners with Therapeutic Area leadership to guide strategic decisions across the brand lifecycle. You will combine qualitative insights, quantitative analytics, and business judgment while collaborating with commercial, medical, market access, finance, supply, patient support, regional, and global teams. The role translates stakeholder needs into actionable data strategies and measurable actions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish annual insights plans for brand and therapeutic area decisions
• Lead primary research, patient journey mapping, and competitive intelligence
• Develop Fact Books supporting strategic planning and performance evaluation
• Conduct patient data analyses and actionable visualizations
• Align KPIs, metrics definitions, and reporting standards through workshops

Requirements:

• Minimum six years in pharmaceutical, healthcare, life sciences, or consulting analytics
• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, analytics, or sciences
• Proficiency with R, Python, Power BI, and Tableau
• Primary market research design and management experience
• Advanced quantitative modeling and executive communication skills
