Commercial Loans Operations Analyst

Administer commercial loan transactions with Crédit Agricole CIB across hybrid operations supporting NY Branch and Canada Branch activity. Apply controls, reconciliations, and funding expertise daily.

As a Commercial Loans Operations Analyst, you will administer facilities and associated products for Crédit Agricole CIB branches. The work covers bilateral, export finance, syndicated, and participant loans. You will support timely business-as-usual processing, accurate cash flows, and controlled transaction administration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer drawdowns, rollovers, repayments, pre-payments, and funding
• Process rate fixings, fees, commissions, payments, and interest collections
• Book transactions and reconcile Front Office and Back Office systems
• Validate team captures, events, and processed payments
• Manage mailboxes, controls, investigations, and related portfolio data

Requirements:

• Experience administering commercial loan facilities and associated products
• Knowledge of bilateral, export finance, syndicated, and participant loans
• Ability to follow branch regulations, controls, and procedures
• Capability to identify and escalate issues or control gaps
• Willingness to coach colleagues and support projects or UAT
