Job Title: Commercial Senior Associate ( Tech/IT/Outsourcing)- Global City law firm
Salary: £135,000-£150,000
PQE Level: Partner

Our client is a large global City law firm with strengths within the tech, outsourcing and IT space.
Role:
Commercial technology associate providing technology, IT and outsourcing advice primarily within financial services

• Technology contracts for customers and suppliers
• Outsourcing contracts
• IT contracts
• Emerging Tech and AI deployment
• Tech related regulatory requirements including large and complex IT projects across infrastructure and cloud services

Successful candidate:

• 5-7 PQE England & Wales qualified solicitor
• At least 5 years UK law firm experience of outsourcing and tech contracts including AI experience
