Commissioning Manager - Data Centres (Nordics)

In this role you will lead the commissioning management for multiple projects, coordinating stakeholders, contractors and consultants from start to close. You will drive design reviews, procurement alignment and commissioning progression, delivering well-governed outcomes on complex, large-scale builds. The position offers international travel, with potential rotation to Finland or Norway, and exposure to data centre projects. You will work within the Project & Program Management team to shape quality and delivery across projects with a sustainability focus.

• Review design at key stages to confirm commissioning suitability
• Attend design page turns and draft commissioning clauses
• Evaluate tender documents and trade packages for commissioning fit
• Lead and chair commissioning meetings and capture progress in dashboards
• Generate commissioning dashboards and weekly/ monthly progress reports
• Coordinate with site teams for quality inductions and site delivery alignment
• Attend MEP coordination, pull planning and other project coordination meetings
• Provide progress data for Monthly DC Stat Reports and lessons learned transfer

• Understanding of large-scale technical projects and construction techniques
• Ability to manage technical disciplines
• Experience on data centre new builds or refurbishments (hypothetical advantage)
• Willingness to commit to significant international travel
