Communications Technology Business Analyst

Modernize employee communications at TC Energy through business analysis, technology implementation and a hybrid work model across North America.

This Communications Business Analyst supports strategic initiatives across Canada, the U.S. and Mexico. The position combines project management, communications strategy, digital transformation and operational planning. You will help improve channels, tools and programs while supporting governance, budgeting, reporting and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead communications channel modernization and technology optimization initiatives
• Support technology roadmaps, requirements and investment priorities
• Analyze business needs and recommend practical solutions
• Monitor budgets, vendor expenditures and performance against plan
• Maintain policies, standards and governance frameworks

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant post-secondary certificate
• Four or more years of progressive related experience
• Cross-functional technology, communications or process improvement project experience
• Strong analytical, project management and organizational skills
• Excellent stakeholder communication and collaboration abilities
