Community Finance & Operations Director

Atria Retirement Canada is seeking a Community Business Director to lead financial and business office functions within the community. You will coordinate HR activities with Regional Support, serve as manager-on-duty, and oversee billing, payroll, and vendor relations to support resident services.

The role requires a strong background in accounting/finance, budget analysis, and staff leadership; a valid driver’s license is preferred for on-site duties.
