Community Health Bridge Specialist

Tillamook County Health and Human Services Department (HHS) seeks a Traditional Health Worker (THW) to support prevention efforts, creating a bridge between healthcare providers, public health and patients in home or community settings.

This grant-funded, 40-hour-per-week position may work in primary care and/or public health within a dynamic, fast-paced department. Oregon Pay Equity laws apply to wage offers, and recruitment remains open until filled.
