Compensation Analyst: Data & Reporting Specialist

Clarkson PLC is seeking an experienced Compensation Analyst to support global compensation analytics and reporting. You will work across HR systems (SuccessFactors, ResourceLink, Equate+, Benifex, Payscale Curo) to deliver accurate data, benchmarking, and annual remuneration submissions.

The role requires strong Excel skills, data interpretation, and the ability to collaborate with Finance and senior stakeholders.
