Compliance Analyst III

Our client is a top financial institution with significant North American holdings. They have operations across most major verticals, including institutional & corporate, wealth management, private clients, commercial banking, treasury, and retail banking.
Introduction : Robertson is seeking a skilled Compliance Analyst III to join our client in support of an existing vacancy.

Contract Period: 14 months with potential to extend or convert
Pay Rate: Starting form $60 per hour
Location: Toronto, ON
Location Type: Hybrid
Business Hours: Monday-Friday, Core business hours

Job Responsibilities:

• Execute and maintain control governance activities
• Perform data mapping and control documentation
• Conduct control testing and document results
• Maintain and update control inventories within Archer/GRC platforms
• Manage risk and control reporting, governance data, and documentation
• Coordinate with stakeholders to obtain evidence and resolve outstanding items
• Track remediation activities and action items through completion
• Support access remediation and validation processes
  

Experience & Qualification Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance required
• Minimum 3+ years of hands‑on experience with Archer or similar GRC platforms (
• Experience in Risk Management, Audit, or Control Governance environments
• Strong understanding of control testing, governance processes, and control documentation
• Experience with data management, reporting, and stakeholder coordination
• Financial Services industry experience
• Technology Risk, Operational Risk, or Data Governance experience
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks
• Experience with cyber controls, SDLC processes, and technology governance
