Compliance Analytics Student

Build compliance analytics experience with OLG onsite in Sault Ste. Marie or Toronto, using Excel or Python for reporting and monitoring. This full-time winter student assignment runs from January through April 2027.

Reporting to the Senior Ethics and Compliance Manager, you will support compliance projects, risk assessments, policy reviews, reporting dashboards, and trackers. You will work with data systems while learning about compliance risks across digital, lottery, and Land Based Gaming. The assignment also includes process documentation, governance tracking, and collaboration with subject matter experts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Update procedures and assist with risk assessments
• Prepare compliance reports, dashboards, and Excel trackers
• Support monitoring across digital, lottery, and Land Based Gaming
• Run data reports and automate processes using Excel or Python
• Document workflows and track compliance issues with governance

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in Business, Analytics, Technology, or related studies
• Working knowledge of Python, SQL, Power BI, or Pivot Tables
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• AGCO Category 2 Gaming Assistant Registration required
