Compliance Lead, Testing (Fully Remote)

About the Role:

• This Compliance Lead will administer the Compliance Testing Program, completing reviews to ensure regulatory compliance.
• You'll work cross-functionally with Legal, Operations, Product, and Engineering to resolve issues and strengthen controls.

What You'll Do:

• Perform ongoing compliance testing and reporting on adherence to federal and state regulatory requirements.
• Partner with management to identify process improvements and coordinate the compliance risk assessment and control inventory.

What We Look For:

• 5+ years of experience in Compliance Testing or Audit, with knowledge of applicable financial services regulations.
• Strong communication, project management, and analytical skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
