Computer Network Support Technician

Support computer networks and users as a Computer Network Support Technician working in English on a permanent schedule. Respond to technical difficulties while managing incidents and providing customer service.

This permanent position requires College/CEGEP education and 1 to less than 7 months of experience. You will support business systems, networks, and Internet users in response to identified difficulties. The work includes equipment setup, technical research, user training, and maintaining solutions documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Give users access to computer networks
• Respond to users experiencing computer difficulties
• Manage incidents and provide customer service
• Set up equipment, cables, operating systems, and software
• Maintain problems and solutions logs for technical analysts

Requirements:

• College/CEGEP education
• 1 to less than 7 months of experience
• Availability for 35 to 40 hours weekly
• English work language
• Availability for permanent employment
