List of Requirements

  • Experience in computer diagnostics & repair, both software & hardware
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • IT certifications or equivalent professional experience preferred
  • Fluency in English

List of Duties

  • Repair, build, troubleshoot, and configure hardware & software
  • Support Mac, PC, iOS, and Android
  • Replace smartphone batteries & screens
  • Identify and resolve security threats & scams
  • Clearly explain your work, verbally and through written reports
  • Order, promote, and sell our products
  • Optional: Deliver parts and services at customer’s location
  • Provide remote support by phone or internet
