Computer Vision Robotics Engineer

Build agricultural perception systems at BH Frontier Solutions Inc. using computer vision, deep learning, and machine learning for autonomous robots.

As a Perception Engineer, you will develop real-world vision applications for plant detection, tracking, classification, and precision agriculture. The work spans synthetic data, production models, testing, and deployment. You will collaborate across teams while exploring novel methodologies for complex data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate computer vision techniques for agricultural plant perception
• Generate synthetic data and manage supporting pipelines
• Develop and interpret deep learning and machine learning algorithms
• Design, deploy, and maintain production computer vision models
• Benchmark algorithms and improve preprocessing and augmentation

Requirements:

• MSc or PhD in a related engineering or computer field
• At least two years in computer vision or machine learning
• Experience taking computer vision projects through production deployment
• Proficiency in C++ or Python and object-oriented development
• Hands-on ROS or ROS2 experience in robotic perception
