Condominium Property Accounting Manager

Lead condominium accounting operations through financial statement review and treasury analysis for a large property management company.

This Accounting Manager supervises property accountants handling receivables, payables, and general ledger activities. The position manages financial packages, reconciliations, investment analysis, banking, cash flow, and treasury analysis. It also supports property contracts and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise property accountants across receivables, payables, and general ledger
• Review financial statement packages and working papers
• Approve general ledger and bank reconciliations
• Manage reserve and operating fund investment analysis
• Coordinate with auditors and property stakeholders

Requirements:

• At least three plus years of relevant experience
• Property management industry experience is required
• Experience reviewing financial statements and accounting packages
• Experience with banking, cash flow, and treasury analysis
• Experience managing contracts and budgets with property managers
