Overview

In this role, you will support the Configuration team by creating and maintaining standard Configuration and Data Management processes. You’ll work onsite in Glenrothes, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure program baselines, change control, and compliance. You will engage in audits, improve processes, and maintain documentation within Raytheon’s lifecycle systems. This is a growth-focused role in a purpose-driven defence and aerospace environment.

Responsibilities
  • Populate and maintain the Company MRP & Data Management Systems
  • Create and maintain Program baselines
  • Administer Configuration and Data Management per Raytheon standard processes
  • Ensure compliance with Customer and internal requirements
  • Take responsibility for the Change Control Board (CCB) in line with procedures
  • Interface with functional areas and customers
  • Support external audits and accreditation activities
  • Issue and control customer and internal work instructions and procedures
  • Contribute to configuration reporting and metrics
  • Archive and maintain documentation in data management repositories
  • Support lifecycle management systems (IPDS) as required
  • Participate in process improvements via Raytheon CORE
  • Close actions from audits and NCs/8Ds in a timely manner
