Overview

In this role you will join the Configuration team to create and maintain Raytheon’s standard Configuration and Data Management processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with Customer, Company, and regulatory requirements. You will manage program baselines, data repositories, and change control activities, contributing to audits and process improvements. This position offers visibility into national security projects and a opportunity to develop within a large, safety‑critical organization. You will help drive efficient data governance and support lifecycle management across allocated programs.

Responsibilities
  • Populate and maintain the Company MRP & Data management Systems
  • Create and maintain Program baselines
  • Administer Configuration and Data Management per RSL standard processes
  • Ensure compliance with Customer and internal requirements
  • Manage Change Control Board (CCB) procedures and customer requirements
  • Interface with functional areas and customers
  • Support external audits and NC/8D actions
  • Input to Configuration reporting and metrics
  • Archive and maintain customer and RSL documentation and software in data repositories
  • Support use of IPDS life cycle management systems
  • Participate in process improvements via Raytheon CORE
  • Contribute to timely closure of audit actions
