As Configuration Change Engineer, you will coordinate configuration management across engineering, design and delivery teams to keep nuclear plant designs controlled, traceable and compliant. You’ll drive change control and data-driven improvements within a regulated construction environment, contributing to major nuclear projects in the UK and Europe. The role sits in the Nuclear Power Programmes division, enabling safe, timely handovers and strong governance. - Lead configuration management and change control processes
- Coordinate design changes, open points, and interface documents across multi-disciplinary teams
- Ensure compliance with UK regulatory expectations, Nuclear Site Licence and CDM regulations
- Develop data-centric approaches to configuration management and analyse technical records for improvements
- Collaborate across engineering, site construction and project management to maintain configuration control during handovers
- Maintain and manage databases tracking progress, priorities, and technical issues
- Engineering or technical qualification
- Experience in nuclear industry with knowledge of EPR or nuclear plant design advantageous
- Understanding of configuration management and change control in regulated environments
- Familiarity with UK Nuclear Site Licence conditions, CDM regulations, and nuclear construction quality frameworks
- Strong communication for stakeholder management
