As a Configuration Management Engineer, you will support mission-critical release systems for aerospace platforms and work with cross-functional Delivery Teams across the full lifecycle. You will guide CM and DM processes, tailor them to project context, and oversee configuration baselines, status accounting, and audits. The role combines technical CM disciplines with collaboration to ensure data integrity and readiness for deployment in high-stakes environments. This is a hands-on opportunity to influence how complex systems are defined, controlled, and delivered at pace.

- Configuration Identification
- Change Control: analyze design changes and co-chair Change Control Boards
- Provide Configuration Status Accounting and Baselines
- Verification and Audit (FCA/PCA)
- Collaborate with engineering delivery teams to maintain and control project data
- Understanding of Configuration Management/Engineering in a related discipline
- Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of Planning, Identification, Change Management, Status Accounting, and Audit/Verification
- Experience with safety-critical product development CM requirements
- Data Management experience in release and data tracking
- Strong administrative, organizational, and detail orientation
- Strong communication and customer interfacing skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
