Configuration Lead – Hybrid, Genesys & Governance

Tesco Insurance and Money Services is seeking a Configuration Lead to join our Insurance, Money and Services team. You will own the configuration strategy and governance across a complex enterprise tech landscape, with a focus on Genesys configuration and integration.

Reporting to the Product Manager and collaborating with Product, Engineering, Architecture, Operations, PMO and vendors, you will shape best practices, drive continuous improvement, and ensure changes are governed and delivered
