Configuration Management Engineer

We are looking for a proactive and organised individual to join a leading engineering organisation in Yeovil.
The following information provides an overview of the skills, qualities, and qualifications needed for this role.
This is a temporary role with a strong likelihood of extension. While previous Configuration Management experience would be beneficial, training can be provided for the majority of the role. We are looking for someone with strong basic skills, a positive attitude and a genuine willingness to learn.
The Role
Progress and track product modifications and change requests
Maintain accurate data, documentation and trackers
Produce reports and management information
Liaise with different teams to ensure changes are progressed
Support Configuration Management processes and activitiesAbout You
Basic Excel skills are essential
Strong attention to detail and organisation
Good IT and communication skills
Able to manage your own workload
Proactive, xrnqpay positive and willing to learnExperience within engineering, manufacturing, project support, change management or technical administration would be advantageous.
