Configuration Manager

In this role you act as the single source of truth for configuration data, maintaining integrity across complex IT environments. You will govern configuration items and baselines while enabling safer changes and reliable service delivery. You’ll collaborate with technical teams and leadership to enforce governance and ensure auditable, compliant configurations. This position sits at the heart of change, incident, and problem management, shaping resilience and operational excellence.

• Identify and categorize configuration items (servers, software, documents, infrastructure)
• Control baselines and manage change through CABs or similar governance
• Record status accounting for traceability of all items
• Perform verifications and audits to ensure actual configurations match recorded states
• Ensure compliance and governance by aligning documentation, builds, and systems with standards

• Proficiency in managing CMDBs
• Experience with version control and configuration tools
