Configuration Team Lead | Lean Ops & KPIs

CDW is seeking a Configuration Supervisor to lead the daily shift operations within the Configuration department. The role focuses on resourcing, KPIs, SLAs, and cross-department collaboration to promote a one-team ethos.

You will manage and develop the team, conduct appraisals, support recruitment, and drive Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement to reduce errors and waste while ensuring health and safety standards.
