Construction AI Business Analyst

As an AI Analyst, you will identify, prioritize, and coordinate AI solutions for construction operations. The work combines workflow analysis, requirements documentation, business cases, testing, training, and performance monitoring. You will help translate technical concepts into practical, AI-enabled improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify AI solutions for operational workflows with cross-functional teams
• Prioritize use cases by value, impact, feasibility, and risk
• Document requirements and support solution rollout
• Contribute to business cases and implementation plans
• Monitor AI-enabled tools and support user training

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in a related discipline, or equivalent experience
• Three to five years of progressive operational experience
• Construction project or field operations experience strongly preferred
• Fluency with AI-enabled tools and business applications
• Strong analytical, communication, collaboration, and influencing skills
