Construction Controller — Remote Start, Path to CFO

Our client, a growing civil construction contractor in the Lower Mainland, seeks a hands-on Controller to lead the accounting and finance function. The role focuses on bringing key activities in-house, implementing project-level job costing, and strengthening financial reporting while partnering with ownership as a trusted advisor.

The ideal candidate has strong construction accounting experience, expertise in job costing and WIP, and the ability to build and mentor an internal team.
