Construction Cost Control Analyst

Use cost control and forecasting expertise to support Mass. Electric Construction Company projects within Kiewit’s transportation district.

This mid-level Project Controls Coordinator monitors financial and operational performance for complex electrical construction work. The position supports budgets, labor productivity, earned value management, cost trending, and forecasting. Collaboration includes project managers, field operations, engineering, procurement, and finance teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor project budgets, costs, productivity, and financial forecasts
• Support earned value management and cost trending analysis
• Prepare project performance reports and executive summaries
• Develop cash flow projections and resource forecasts
• Recommend mitigation strategies for cost and execution risks

Requirements:

• One or more years in construction project controls or cost engineering
• Experience supporting power, renewable energy, utility, or infrastructure projects
• Proficiency with Excel, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and project software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Effective professional communication with project stakeholders
