Construction Cost & Labor Rate Analyst

Bird Construction is seeking a Commercial Operations Specialist - MRO to develop and maintain labor rates, analyze costs, and support estimating and budgeting. You will build rate databases, cost models, and Excel-based tools while collaborating with estimating, project controls, and finance teams to ensure accurate cost management.
