Construction Lending Risk Manager

Overseeing a team dedicated to the Construction Lending process, the full-time remote Construction Lending Risk Manager will analyze borrower risks, manage problem loans, and ensure compliance with lending guidelines. Key responsibilities Provides leadership to supervisors/managers evaluating risk on construction permanent loan applications Oversees resolution of problem loans, including those past due or encumbered by disputes Directs departmental operations, analytics, and reporting to ensure timely loan conversions Required qualifications Bachelor's degree with eight years of experience in banking or a related field, or a High School Diploma/GED with twelve years of experience Three years of supervisory or management experience Knowledge of construction lending administration and processes is preferred
