Faber is seeking a Payroll & Worker Pay Specialist in Vancouver to own worker-pay and ensure timely payments according to our pay schedules. The role reports to the CEO and focuses on resolving pay disputes and optimizing payroll for our temporary workforce.

You will manage contractor payouts, coordinate with payment platforms and spreadsheets, and provide clear, patient worker support during standard business hours. Bilingual English/Spanish is a bonus.
