Construction Process Implementation Lead

The Process Implementation Specialist at Tomlinson Group of Companies will independently lead process initiatives from planning through implementation and closeout, coordinating cross-functional teams and maintaining detailed plans, registers, and dashboards.

This role requires seven+ years of experience in construction or capital projects, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage schedules, risks, and outcomes across multiple sites in Ottawa.
