Construction Project Accountant

Construction project accounting at SKYGRiD requires financial analysis and forecasting expertise. Work across the Head Office and project sites.

This future opportunity suits an accountant with at least five years of experience. You will monitor project finances, manage billings, and investigate variances. Strong Excel skills, financial reporting, and construction knowledge support the work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and report project financial progress
• Manage budgets, costing, forecasts, and change orders
• Prepare monthly billings and distribute project draws
• Investigate job cost and non-recoverable expense variances
• Manage collections and maintain AR and AP subledgers

Requirements:

• Accounting or Finance related degree
• Minimum five years of experience
• CPA program enrollment desired
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office
• Ability to work onsite and travel to projects
