- Design, develop, and deploy web applications for public sector projects
- Contribute to the full software development lifecycle with cross-functional teams
- Create responsive front-end interfaces using modern frameworks
- Develop secure server-side logic with Node.js, Python, or Java
- Implement security best practices and participate in security assessments
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs for system communication
- Collaborate with project managers, UX/UI designers, and stakeholders
- Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js)
- Strong server-side skills (Node.js, Python, or Java)
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases and data modelling for government apps
- Ability to analyze complex issues and deliver solutions for public sector challenges
- Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication for cross-functional collaboration
- Active in UK security clearance to Developed Vetting level (DV) or eligible
