Consultant (Solutions), SAP S&A, Technology & Transformation

In this role you will join Deloitte's SAP Operate team to support secure, compliant SAP environments for clients. You’ll manage SAP Security and GRC solutions, including IAG and Access Control, across S/4HANA/ECC landscapes. You’ll collaborate with IT, Compliance and auditors to strengthen security and governance while enabling ongoing improvement. • Support and improve SAP Security solutions, focusing on SAP GRC Access Control and Identity Access Governance (IAG)
• Manage roles, profiles, and authorizations in SAP systems (S/4HANA, ECC) and implement client-driven design changes
• Collaborate with IT, Compliance and auditors to ensure secure, integrated SAP solutions
• Define SAP security strategies for access control and identity management aligned with business and regulatory needs
• Document security processes, configurations, and user guides; train internal teams and clients on SAP security best practices
• Oversee configuration and design of SAP GRC modules (AC, IAG) within Operate engagements
• Ensure ongoing SAP Security governance aligns with regulatory and internal security standards

• Hands-on experience in SAP Security and GRC solutions, in BAU/Operate or Implementation contexts
• Experience with SAP Identity Access Governance (IAG) implementation, configuration and administration
• Deep understanding of SAP authorization concepts, roles, profiles and security best practices
• Strong technical skills in SAP Fiori, S/4HANA Security and SAP Access Control (GRC)
• Ability to assess risks, perform root cause analysis and implement security solutions
• Troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve security issues quickly
• Experience managing security projects within scope, budget and timelines
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to lead discussions with stakeholders
• Familiarity with SAP Cloud Platform security and IAG integration is a plus
