Join KPMG’s growing ServiceNow practice as a consultant focused on hands-on solution development, including risk and security workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, develop, test, and support ServiceNow solutions.
• Translate requirements into scalable technical designs and configurations.
• Build workflows, scripts, integrations, reports, dashboards, and platform customizations.
• Support data migration, testing, deployments, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
• Configure and develop ServiceNow IRM and SecOps solutions, automating risk, compliance, security incident, vulnerability, and remediation workflows.
• Integrate security, risk, threat intelligence, scanning, and monitoring tools.
• Follow Agile delivery, secure coding, governance, documentation, and continuous improvement practices.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of ServiceNow development, technical analysis, and platform configuration experience.
• Experience with one or more ServiceNow risk modules, such as IRM/GRC, Operational Risk, Policy & Compliance, Audit Management, or Vendor Risk.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• Written and oral fluency in English is required; French is also noted in the qualifications.

Compensation

Expected base salary: $70,000–$102,000 per year, with possible bonus awards. Salary depends on location, skills, competencies, and qualifications.
